it@cork and it@cork Skillnet, in collaboration with Irish Management Institute (IMI) and supported by Skillnet Ireland are today launching a new Industry-led IT leadership programme. Developed on the back of an idea 12 months ago, we started working with industry leaders across the SW region in order to understand the gaps that exist within the workforce today. What resulted from that intense collaboration was a programme which is the first of its kind to focus on IT Leadership skills specifically (for early/future leaders) and equip companies with the type of IT leaders needed in order to continue the relentless upward trajectory the industry was experiencing pre-Covid-19.

Launching at a time of great uncertainty we feel that these leadership skills are needed now more than ever as we get closer to getting back to some sort of normality.

Working further with Skillnet Ireland we have committed to a very significant subsidy on this programme for member companies of it@cork as part of the Covid-19 response from Skillnet Ireland which focuses on getting companies back to their winning ways faster.
