Client Services Executive
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-success focused professional to join our Client Services team. Based in Cork this permanent role reports directly to the Client Support and Services Manager.
The Client Services Executive will have full ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts and will be the primary point of contact for their customers within Newsweaver. They will be required to manage the account from set-up and on-boarding, through to developing and managing the on-going relationship in a way that maximises customer success. The candidate will work collaboratively across all functions at Newsweaver to ensure this is achieved.

What can you expect to do in this role
- In conjunction with sales team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient on-boarding and roll-out of client solutions
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the customer's objectives and processes in order to advise on how to maximise the effectiveness of their Newsweaver solution
- Maximise customer satisfaction and retention by conducting periodic account reviews to ensure that the Newsweaver solution is meeting and exceeding customer requirements
- Support the sales team to expand the sales revenue within existing accounts by identifying additional customer requirements and opportunities
- Provide customer feedback to improve and enhance Newsweaver systems and processes
- Assist with the delivery of high quality training materials for end-users
Qualifications & Experience required
- A relevant degree (IT/Business, Communications, Marketing) with 2-3 years experience in a customer facing role
- Experience of service delivery to large multinational organisations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of project management would be beneficial
- A comprehensive understanding of the Web and IT systems
- Knowledge of social media and communications software and tools that facilitate employee engagement
- Experience of working in a ‘SaaS’, B2B environment would be beneficial
