Pre-booking of hot desks for Mondays and Fridays is essential and subject to availability. Please contact our Hub Manager at info@ludgate.ie

3 hours access per week to meeting rooms is included in the package price. Any further access must be paid for separately.

All hot desk passes are valid until last date of the offer. Any unused passes are non-refundable. Full payment is required on the commencement date.

One access fob(s) will be made available as part of each package.  The fob must be returned at the end of the offer. Lost fobs must be paid for.

Users must respect the rules of the Hub.
