Career And Interview Success is delighted to become a new member of it@cork. From our local Cork office we offer complete career support from A-Z. Our aim is to support our clients with all of their needs within the Career Management area from Career Direction/ Career Transition Coaching, Personal Development Coaching to the practicalities of interview preparation, CV updating and tailoring, creating an impactful LinkedIn profile and job search strategies.

For the corporate sector we offer a range of training workshops including Interview Skills Training for Hiring Managers, Coaching Skills for Team Leaders/Managers and Recruitment workshops for Talent Acquisition Professionals. We also run Outplacement programmes and provide coaching within the career management space to the corporate sector.

Career And Interview Success was founded by Lorraine Shine (Principal Career Coach/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/lorraineshine/). Lorraine has 18 years recruitment experience both locally and internationally with a particular focus on the IT and financial services sectors and has practiced as a qualified coach since 2009. Lorraine previously partnered with it@cork on an interview skills coaching programme for undergraduates from CIT and UCC called “Fit4Work” and was also a member of the it@cork Skillnet committee.
