In September as part of our Diversity in Tech (DIT) series, we were delighted to launch a Diversity focused event including a panel of speakers from Dell Technologies (Blaithin Keating), VMWare (Karen Egan) and Johnson Controls (Derek O’Connell). The event was highly engaging and interactive followed by a Q&A session. The panel engaged in conversations on a number of Diversity related topics, including:

• Sharing best practice on setting up and running Diversity programmes in their companies
• Discussing issues/challenges and providing advice to those who are looking to set up a LGBT/Diversity programme in their workplace.
• Discussing the concept of setting up a support network for companies in the region.

The next Diversity in Tech Event will be early in 2020, follow us on social media to be kept up to date with details of all of our events.
