We would like to make you aware of an upcoming health benefit opportunity available over the next few months. Exercise has been shown to improve quality of life, lower cholesterol, improve mood, prevent osteoporosis and diabetes as well as being very enjoyable!!
If you are currently not exercising and are tired of feeling tired and unhealthy we at University College Cork, in conjunction with our partners at the Mardyke Arena, would like to offer you the chance to participate in a research study that will benefit you.
We will provide you with a full medical assessment including blood testing, fitness testing, body fat scan and also provide you with 8 weeks free gym membership in the Mardyke Arena and a structured exercise program to ensure you kickstart your health and get moving again. This will provide you with the information and knowledge to have a healthy lifestyle in the future.
If you are a non-smoker between the ages of 18 and 40 and are interested in participating or would just like to find out more information, please look at the attached flyer and contact 086 - 3725349.
If you are not too keen on exercising just at the moment that is ok too, we are recruiting up until May 2014!!
Many thanks for taking the time to read this email and we look forward to hearing from you,
