Newsweaver is looking for a motivated technical analyst to help our blue-chip enterprise customers to integrate-with and get the most out of Newsweaver’s expansive Internal Communications platform. The successful candidate will leverage existing experience in a technical and/or analysis discipline, and will be a key consulting resource in documenting requirements, analysing systems and data, assisting with solutions design, providing on-boarding support to large organisations integrating Newsweaver into their environment, and providing additional troubleshooting insight to the support team.

Newsweaver is ISO27001 accredited, and the successful candidate will have a role in addressing customer’s security questions - including participating in pre-sales security assessments.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Cork

  • Become a subject matter expert on the relevant areas of responsibility (email, delivery, internal communications)
  • Work with users and team members to identify innovative solutions
  • Provide second and third-level support to the customer support team (in investigating and responding to systems issues)

Candidate specification:

  • Third level qualification (Business Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related qualification preferred)
  • 3 or more years experience in a comparable role (Business Analysis, Project Management or Technical Lead role preferred)
  • Proven ability to work constructively with large blue-chip customer organisations
  • Self-motivated with strong collaborative skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Interest in messaging, email and enterprise content management tools a bonus
  • Previous technical experience with Enterprise Single Sign-On, Federation Services, Intranet Systems, or EMail systems will highlight “stand-out” candidates
