Call II – Disruptive Technology Innovation Fund

Call II for the Disruptive Technology Innovation Fund (DTIF) is now open.

The DTIF is a €500 million fund established by DBEI and administered through Enterprise Ireland with the over arching aim of supporting and funding technology collaborations that demonstrate technology-based disruptive innovation.

Collaborations must have at least 3 partners, including at least one SME and one other enterprise partner, and must be projects of scale with a minimum funding request from DTIF of  €1.5 million over 3 years.

27 projects were approved under the first call in 2018 including a number of Cork based participants; Fourtheorem (Future Software Systems Architecture) and UCC (Cooperative energy trading system).

it@cork has developed a diverse membership base of +220 technology driven companies in the south west region including  start-up, sme, service providers and MNC’s.

If your company is interested in participating in a DTIF collaboration please let us know.  We will help connect you with technology companies and research centers where possible.
