ICS Skills is committed to developing the digital skills of Ireland’s workforce. To date over 600,000 people in Ireland have studied one of our courses. However In Ireland, ECDL is regarded by many as something from their past.

OurLand.ie is a broadcasting and media production facility that have the most unique, cost efficient and time conscious production facility in the South of Ireland. From our interactive studio based in Cork we are delighted to have teamed up with IT@Cork to create their global cluster TV series.

This July and August CIT Data Science and Data Analytics students are seeking business partners to build their experience and to put their existing skills to test. An opportunity also exists for companies to work with a student on a particular aspect of their business. This way, a real-life data analytics problem is addressed, ensuring both the company and the student benefit from the collaboration.

These students are undertaking a one-year Higher Diploma in Data Science and Data Analytics programme which has been designed to address the skills shortage in the rapidly evolving interdisciplinary field of Data Science and Analytics. All of these students are already qualified, to at least Level 8, in areas such as Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Commerce, Business, Science, and Public Health.

Demand for graduates in this space is high. Taking a student for a short work placement or collaborating on a research project can assist in identifying potential future employees for your business.
