Springboard information for companies interested in placement candidates

Springboard information for companies interested in placement candidates

  •  Placements are unpaid and students are happy to attend for interview and shortlisting should any company wish to do this in advance of recruiting a placement candidate.

  •  The students have varied backgrounds and bring with them many transferable skills and expertise in a wide variety of areas.

  • The aim of the placement would be to afford them the opportunity to utilise these, as well as gain experience in their new areas of academic learning.

  • Placements would last for 12 weeks typically.

If you feel your company may be interested in recruiting a UCC Springboard Candidate or you want any further details about the courses or students plase contact:

Lillian Griffin, Springboard Careers Coordinator, UCC Careers Service 086 2850454.

  • Certificate in International Sales and Negotiations
  • Certificate in Languages for the Global Marketplace
