Connie
Connie Gibney is an experience HR professional with over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. She specialises in high-growth companies with international reach and working with entrepreneurs.

Connie is Internation HR Director at LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network. This is a role that leverages HR as a key partner in the business, focusing on all aspects of Human Resource leadership and HR operational expansion in regions outside the US.

Connie's responsibilities currently include EMEA focused work such as leading talent acquisition (recruitment), setting HR direction, process and policy, compliance setup for current and new regions, development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs in local markets and managing the localisation of Global HR policy and procedures.

Over the course of her career Connie has worked in Human Resources for both large and small ventures spanning the US, EMEA and Asis Pacific including LinkedIn, NewBay Software, Global IP Solutions, Ecast and Viant. Connie graduated from the Universtiy of California in Santa Barbara with a BA in Psychology in 1993 and began work as a Senior Human Resources Rep at Texas Instruments in 1994.
