Mark explored the disruptive nature of digital services and outline what this means for those involved in running IT services today.

Organisations are continuing to move and more of their IT services into the cloud and various digital services, shifting various elements of their backend IT infrastructure, systems, applications and IT services. In simplistic terms, cloud and digital services are just another form of outsourcing with a shift in the current IT supply chain model. With this continued increase in outsourcing to the cloud and digital services, what does this mean to IT professionals, and what must they do differently to survive and thrive in today’s ever-changing workplace.
