CRM System Administrator/Analyst


Newsweaver, a market-leading SaaS vendor with offices in Cork, London and Boston is on a roll and looking for a new team member to join our Internal Systems team.
 

The position:

The chosen candidate will play an integral role in helping drive the successful growth and evolution of the Services, Finance, Sales and Marketing departments. Their primary responsibility will be performing  technical CRM system administration tasks and aid the business with training and reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Salesforce.com CRM platform and Netsuite financial system
  • Liaise with our Business Process Analyst and Project Managers to deliver functionality to the business as required
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards for all levels of the business
  • Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows
  • Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Project manage internal projects as needed.
  • Liaise with in house integration developers to ensure systems are integrated and in sync
  • Complete bulk imports of data
  • Batch reassignment of records such as accounts and opportunities etc based on organisational changes
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by users on a day to day basis
  • Write and maintain Salesforce code as needed. This is made up of Apex, visualforce, HTML
  • Create standard work instructions for Salesforce users in all business areas
  • Deliver training and communication to business users
  • Expand and maintain the Newsweaver Customer Portal
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce and Netsuite release notes and provide advices internally
  • Adhere to and promote information security in line with ISO 27001
     

Desired skills and attributes:

  • A bachelor’s degree in BIS, computer science, web development or related field
  • 1-4 years experience as CRM administrator/analyst or similar
  • Competent problem solver, excited about technology and Solutions driven
  • Strong technical ability
  • Ability to and experience of, advising multiple internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of services, sales and marketing business processes
  • Experience in programming languages is a plus (e.g. Salesforce.com Apex, Java, Javascript, HTML)
  • Some database manipulation experience a plus
  • Business analysis skills a plus
